Please bring your completed Angel Food Ministry Order Form along with payment to Northside Baptist Church on Saturday, March 13^th, from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.

FEBRUARY DISTRIBUTION DAY IS SATURDAY, February 27^th2009 (9:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.)

MARCH DISTRIBUTION DAY IS SATURDAY, March 27^th2009 (9:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.)

Reminders:
*	Paid receipts or picture I.D. are required to pick up your order
*	March Food Orders must be picked up on Saturday, March 27^th - 9:00 - 11:00 A.M.
*	NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be issued for unclaimed food
*	All Sales Are Final
*	Payment methods: Cash, Money Order, Check (with valid picture ID.) or Lone Star Card
*	Make payable to: Northside Baptist Church
*	NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be issued for unclaimed food. All Sales are final. Any unclaimed food
	will be donated to a pre-designated ministry.
*	A paid receipt or valid picture ID is required for food pick-up.
